Say it once.
It's in.
You just talk – qapto turns it into appointments, reminders and shopping items. You take a quick look. Then it's saved.
Three steps. No typing.
Keep scrolling – the phone follows along.
Speak
Tap the mic and say what's coming up – even three things in one sentence. Up to three minutes, with pauses, just the way you talk.
Remind me about the bins tomorrow, dentist on Friday at half past nine, and put Duplo on the shopping list.
Check
qapto breaks the sentence into entries and shows you a card: reminder, appointment, shopping item – with the time and list it recognized. Something off? Just say so and the card is revised.
Done
One tap and everything is in its place: the appointment in your calendar, the reminder in Apple Reminders, Duplo on the list. Your day view shows what's on today and tomorrow.
For days when everything happens at once.
Parents. Three things, one sentence into the mic at a red light. Parents' evening is in the calendar, the present is a task, the milk is on the list – before the engine starts.
Self-employed. Dictated on the way to the car. Deadline in the calendar, callback as a reminder, the invoice as a note – and later, qapto answers “When was I last at Miller's?” from exactly these entries.
Anyone who doesn't want to type. Large text, clear cards, the mic always in the same place. qapto scales with your system font size and asks instead of guessing.
More than remembering.
Six things in detail – all real screens from the app. All features with the Basis/Pro comparison →
Recipe in, shopping list out.
“Lasagna for four” – qapto puts the ingredients with quantities on the shopping list and the steps in a note. One switch, eleven ingredients.
Finds places with real ratings.
“Good Italian restaurant, tonight for two” – qapto searches with Google ratings and opening hours. One tap turns it into an appointment or opens Apple Maps.
Asks your memory, not the internet.
“When was I last at the dentist?” qapto answers from what you've told and shown it – appointments, notes, receipts. Not from the web.
You were last at the dentist on March 12 – a check-up with Dr. Weber. The fridge cost €849, bought on May 3 at Saturn.
Photograph receipts. Keep track of warranties.
Photograph a receipt or invoice – qapto reads the amount and date and sets the warranty reminder right away: one month before it expires, without you having to think about it.
At home in Apple Reminders and Calendar.
What you tell qapto also lands in Apple Reminders and Calendar – and what you change there comes back. The card shows you where an entry will go before it's saved.
Points, not surprises.
Every cloud action costs points, and every month you get a fixed allowance. Capturing and looking things up without the cloud is free. You can always see what's left – buy more only if you want to.

qapto makes nothing up.
No invented ingredients, no made-up appointments. What qapto doesn't know, it says – and asks. And nothing is saved before you've seen it on the card.
I have nothing from you on that – I don't make things up. Tell me the interval and I'll set it up as a repeat.
Your data stays yours.
No legalese: this is what really happens when you use qapto.
If your iPhone supports on-device recognition, the recording never leaves the device. No audio is ever sent to us or to AI providers – only the finished text.
Tasks, notes, appointments, shopping lists, journal – in one file on the device, optionally synced to your other devices via your iCloud.
The iPhone itself recognizes what's in a picture. No photo is uploaded.
Your question, the latest messages, matching entries – not your whole database.
No ads, no trackers, no selling of data. qapto earns its money from subscriptions – not from you.

You speak the way you speak.
Quick answers.
What happens to my recording?
If your iPhone supports on-device recognition, your dictation is turned into text right on the device – the recording never leaves it and is stored nowhere. No audio is ever sent to us or to AI providers, only the finished text.
How does the free week work?
You choose Basis or Pro as a monthly or yearly subscription; the first seven days cost nothing, and during that time you can make five requests a day. After that, the subscription continues at the price shown – or you cancel beforehand in your Apple account, and nothing is charged.
Do I need an account?
No. The subscription runs through your Apple account in the App Store. Optionally, you can link qapto to Apple or Google in the settings, for example for a second device – that account only holds your allowance and purchases, no content. Your entries stay on the iPhone.
What are points?
Every cloud action – breaking down a long dictation, a place search, a recipe – costs points. Basis has 200 a month, Pro 300. Capturing, lists and looking things up without the cloud are free. You can see what's left under “Plan & points”; you can buy more, but you don't have to.
Does it work offline?
Dictation, recognition, short entries, lists and searching your entries all run on the device. For web research, place search and recipes, qapto needs the internet – and tells you when there isn't any.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. qapto is built for iPhone and Apple Watch; an Android version is planned, with no date.
Why isn't qapto free?
Because it shows no ads and sells no data. The cloud actions – breaking down long dictations, place search, recipes – cost us money per call; the points make that honestly visible. Everything that runs on the iPhone is included in the price and isn't counted.
How do I cancel?
Anytime in the App Store settings on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → qapto. Your entries remain readable and exportable, even without a subscription.
