Everything qapto does.
And what's in which plan.
22 features, named as in the app. Almost everything is already in Basis. Pro adds five things that need the cloud – and three times as many searches a day.

Free week: the first seven days of the subscription are free, with five requests a day on your chosen plan. Point top-ups in both plans: 50 for €0.99, 250 for €4.99, 750 for €14.99 – never expire. Prices in euros; your App Store may show a different price in your local currency.
Speak instead of typing.
The way into everything: the microphone at the bottom right, on every screen.
Unlimited dictation & breakdown
Up to three minutes at a time, with pauses and asides. qapto breaks what you said into individual entries – appointment, reminder, shopping item, note – and recognizes the date, time and list. Short, clear sentences are understood right on the iPhone, without the cloud and without points.
Confirmation card before every save
Nothing lands in your lists without you having seen it. On the card you change titles, times and lists, tick off individual entries or discard everything. If something's off, just say so – the card is revised without losing any entries.
All lists: tasks, shopping, notes, journal
Tasks with subtasks, several shopping lists, notes, appointments, a journal and favorites – plus your own lists with your own names. On the card you choose where an entry goes; qapto remembers what you usually pick.
Reschedule & tick off by voice
No need to hunt for what's done or rescheduled. Say what changes – qapto finds the entry, shows the change on the card and writes it back to Apple Reminders and Calendar too.
Done – two changes:
Remember a photo manually
A wine label, your parking spot in the garage, yesterday's restaurant: take a photo, say briefly what it's about – qapto files it as a favorite with place and date. The photo stays on your iPhone; at most the place name goes to the AI.
At the right time, in the right place.
qapto doesn't replace Apple Reminders and Calendar – it fills them.
Apple Reminders + Calendar, including writing
Reminders and appointments also land in the Apple apps – and so on your Watch, your Mac and in your iCloud. The card tells you beforehand where an entry goes (“→ will be added to Apple Calendar”). Can be switched on and off per type.
Two-way sync with Apple
Whatever you tick off, move or rename in Apple Reminders comes back to qapto. If you delete something there, the entry stays in qapto and only loses its link – nothing disappears silently.
Location reminders
“When I'm at the supermarket”, “when I get home”: qapto sets the reminder with a location trigger. It asks once for addresses like “home” or “work” and remembers them – with your confirmation.
Time-to-leave reminders with travel time
Appointments with a location get a “leave at” line: qapto calculates the travel time from where you are and lets you know in good time before you need to go. No more working out whether you'll make it.
Daily briefing
If you like, a note in the morning: what's on today, what's overdue, what's waiting on the shopping list. Choose the time freely, switch it off anytime.
Widgets for Home and Lock Screen
The day's next entries right on the Home Screen and Lock Screen – without opening the app. One tap opens the entry.
Overdue items don't disappear – they get sorted.
Overdue overview & tidy-up round
Overdue items sit at the top of the day view, grouped by age, with three options per line: done, later, open. Once a week qapto offers a calm tidy-up round – never daily nagging.
Read answers aloud
A switch at the top right of the assistant: qapto reads its answers aloud. Handy while cooking, in the car, with the Watch on your wrist.
Today you have the dentist at half past nine, leave at five past nine. The bins need to go out, and at six you want to call Mom.
Weekly review
If you like, a short look back at the last seven days: what you got done and wrote in your journal, in a few warm sentences. From your own entries – qapto invents no event and no number.
Remembers what you say. Makes nothing up.
Remembers lasting facts about you – with confirmation
“I'm vegetarian”, “my daughter's name is Mia”: qapto suggests sentences like these on the card for remembering. Only what you tick gets saved; it shapes every further answer and can be deleted anytime in your account.
Learns your preferences from your corrections
Move shopping items to the same list three times and qapto suggests it by itself the fourth time. Every learned preference is visible in your account and can be switched off.
Web research with option cards
“Good Italian restaurant, tonight for two”: qapto searches with Google ratings and opening hours and shows suggestions as cards. One tap remembers the place, turns it into an appointment or opens Apple Maps. If it finds nothing reliable, it says so – instead of guessing.
Complete recipe package
“Lasagna for four”: qapto delivers the recipe, scales quantities to the number of people, puts the ingredients on the shopping list and the steps in a note. One switch on the card, eleven ingredients – and not one made up.
A photo is enough.
Your iPhone itself recognizes what's in a picture – no photo is uploaded.
Photo memory & photo search
qapto may search your photos by date, place and subject – on the device. “Where did I eat in Italy last summer?” or “Show me the note with the meter reading” – the answer comes from your photo library, without a single image leaving the iPhone.
In your photos from August 2025 I find two restaurants on the Amalfi Coast:
Receipts, warranties & deadlines from a photo
Photograph a receipt, invoice, warranty card or meter reading: qapto reads the amount, retailer and date, creates a note and right away suggests the matching reminders – warranty end one month ahead, payment deadline for invoices. Everything on the card first, editable.
Fits into what you already use.
Siri & Shortcuts
“Hey Siri, remember in qapto …”, “What's on today?”, “Put milk on the shopping list” – without opening the app. The shortcuts live on the Action button, in the widget or in your own automations.
Google/Outlook as write target
Appointments also land in your Google or Outlook calendar if it's set up on the iPhone – for everyone whose work calendar isn't with Apple.
iPhone, Apple Watch, 34 languages.
Apple Watch
Dictation on your wrist: record, and the iPhone breaks it down in the background. The card waits on the phone until you confirm it – or qapto reads you the answer.
34 languages
Interface and understanding in 34 languages – from German and English through Turkish, Ukrainian and Arabic to Japanese. You speak the way you speak; qapto answers in your language.
